I accept trouble with screen flashing/flickering on AMD Radeon RX 6000 Serial in Windows 11 (latest build). Screen flash then window/apps goes blackness (see attachment).
In Windows 10 i don't have this trouble anymore. Any solution? Exercise i need to wait for Windows 11 AMD GPU drivers?

Agree with a make clean install if you lot're having issues. That said, I did the Insiders in-place upgrade and had no issues with my AMD R9 Fury running the Adrenalin 21.5.two drivers. I bought this card in 2015.
Y'all tin can also see if Windows 11 auto updates the drivers.

Win 11 22000.65, Radeon RX 6900XT, Adrenaline drivers 21.half-dozen.2. No such issues.
I did a clean install of 11 (22000.51 at the fourth dimension) using an ISO from uupdump.net. An upgrade from Win10 completed, only it was buggy. The clean install has been solid so far (touch forest).

I have an Asus X470 Crosshair VII Motherboard, R5 5600X and am running a MSI RX 6600 XT Gaming Ten GPU. I was getting screen flashes and periodic "blackening out" of windows content. Drivers are up to appointment as of June 20, 2022. I inverse my cable from a very thin (supposedly VESA certified 8K displayport cable to the cable included with my 34" monitor". I used BOTH the AMD cleanup and DDU to decimate existing commuter content, then reinstalled latest Adrenalin driver. Since I accept done that I don't seem to exist having problems. Let'southward hope information technology stays that we. But it'due south good to hear that other AMD models have had the problem, and so it appears to be a driver event and not a defective card.

I had that going on for a LONG time. I have all AMD guts and I had to uninstall the Radeon software. I employ current updated windows 11 using Dual Monitors on a brand new PC build and the flickering was beyond annoying. I reinstalled the latest Win11 Pro about 2 weeks agone and no longer employ ANY tweaking or theming software, just going stock themes etc and No AMD software, just their basic drivers installed and I have Zilch issues now. The software worked bully on my PC until idk one of their updates and bam it was flicker metropolis. And so thats why i dont apply it anymore. And so if you accept Radeon software installed Uninstall it and reboot and see what happens.I have problem with screen flashing/flickering on AMD Radeon RX 6000 Serial in Windows xi (latest build). I restored Windows eleven from a June 8, 2022 backup I had made. And then far the screen flickering seems to exist gone. What changed betwixt then and the start of the flickering? Well, I installed Windows 11 OPTIONAL update Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display 26.20.13002.133. That might non have been the cause because it was already nowadays in the system every bit of April 17 when I installed Win11. I also installed Freemake Video Converter, and K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1698_Standard. The AMD video driver has not changed since May. All the regular Win11 updates have been installed as usual. I'm running chrome and vivaldi browsers, but have non touched Opera browser since the restore, but I dubiousness a browser update would crusade screen flicker. I had the same trouble as the guy who started this thread. Flickers, and blackened out window contents. I don't recall I touched or updated any other program. K-Light Codec Pack seems suspicious besides equally the optional AMD commuter. I run my Os on C drive and information on D drive, so restoring from backup is pretty easy to do, then re-update. I installed a couple pocket-sized games, just other than that in that location were no major changes. I ran AMD cleanup utility and DDU in Safe Mode and that didn't do a affair. Maybe making note of this might help someone else track down what caused the problem. Thank you.

I bought NVIDIA GeForce RTX xxx Serial in 2021. No more flashing screen.
My brother had problems with Display Errors on AMD Radeon RX 6900XT. At present he have NVIDIA GeForce RTX xxx Series similar me and works without problems. I will never again buy AMD GPU.

I fixed the flickering with a restore from June viii, 2022 as reported. I bought an MSI 6600 XT that runs Far Weep half-dozen on loftier settings at well over 100FPS on 1440p ultrawide. And the total system power draw is 250 watts. As the smashing reset continues to raise energy costs, I'm staying on the medium terminate of the spectrum. And the 6600 XT runs silent and really cool. I merely don't need annihilation else. I don't NEED an nvidia 3000 or 4000 power hog arrangement. Heck, I don't really like AAA games that much anyway. More than casual games at low wattage are practiced plenty for me. The triple AAA games these days are just a bunch of Souls clones hack and slash repeatedly. Who needs them? Flickering stock-still and I don't demand no damn nvidia. AMD has FSR and RSR which are actually breaking through now. My nvidia 2070 burned out twice. The 2060 yet works, simply I accept not had an AMD bill of fare neglect on me. I've notwithstanding got a fanless AMD HD5770 that works just fine during tests. As I reported, something I installed betwixt June viii to June 20 buggered up Windows 11. It'southward fixed now. AMD has been good to me, and it's lower wattage! And I don't need no ray tracing for the 1% of games I'll play out of the hundred or so games that support it. AMD ray tracing will catch up soon enough, and bluntly, it's not needed.
