  1. haloking's Avatar

so all of sudden when I was trying to employ my note 5 (unroot), I noticed that it was powered off and I couldn't power information technology on with power push. Can y'all please tell me if there is a mode I can recover data on my telephone without losing them? I as well have Google Authenticator which is continued to many accounts online, If I lose data I volition lose everything! Here is what I tried and so far:

First thing I did was a soft reset ( power button + volume downwardly) and the mobile turned on but unfortunately it kept looping on the Samsung logo screen. Then I tried to go to recovery manner (ability push + dwelling button + volume upwardly) and from at that place I tried "reboot system now", "wiping cache partition (which I hope information technology doesn't remove any data?)" and "Run graphics exam: which failed with error no control and and so wiping cached data" all of them without success. I matter I noticed in the bottom section of recovery manner in that location are these errors:

    No Back up Single-SKU

    Supported API: 3

    dm-verity mistake...

Due east: failed to mountain / system (Invalid statement)
