So I merely purchased my self a vg248qe asus monitor and wanted to exam out its 144hz capabilities just when I load into my game it says my frames are averaging at effectually 130 - 180 but on my monitor its lagging upwards a tempest. I accept tried playing on other games and this issue seems to only happen on black ops ii I establish a manner to get this consequence solved equally shown on my video but I want to know if there is a permanent fix, and to be honest it looks similar the stutter returs after some time of using my fix???

PS:
My graphics drives are up to date.
I am using a cable Maters dual link dvi connector that co-ordinate to reviews tin can handle +120hz without a hitch.
I have a gtx 760 gpu that I am now with my latest panel I have ii 1080p monitors one at 60hz and one at 144hz

Ok I went to the link you lot sent me and inserted my rig specs and all came out fine I once again am getting good fps ( 140 avg ) and all is fine I just don't under stand up this weird result???

Ok so this was what I decided to do. I use a tool to force border less windowed on my secondary and then push my task bar over to my chief monitor and that did the trick!
